What papers are needed in filing for divorce in Ohio?

by Bob on February 9, 2010

I am trying to file for divorce or dissolution, and I have downloaded forms from a website, which seem to be really confusing, and I have checked other sites, most seem to be expensive but all still seem confusing. I would like to know… Which forms are needed exactly for an uncontested divorce in Ohio with children but no assets?

Most states have a State Bar Association that have links to the sites your looking for, search in your states and see what they have, they also have FAQ links that you can use, know they do here in Texas, am betting the state your in has the same, it’s free and usually pretty clear on what all you need to do.
