Can anyone tell me the statue limitation on a divorce in Texas? Also, can you still fight to vacate the divorce even if 30 days are up for motion to appeal?

There is no statute of limitation on a divorce. Any one that goes through a divorce and wants to change in 30 days is too wishy-washy for it to work the next time.

Statute of limitation on divorce?? How can that happen? A statute of limitation defines how long can pass between the commission of a crime and formal charges being laid. That doesn't apply to a divorce, which can take place any time between 1 day after the wedding to 75 years after.

There is no statute of limitation on divorce. A divorce is a civil matter, not criminal.

Once a petition for divorce is filed with the court, it is placed on the docket. If the filing party changes their mind prior to the docket call (the case being called before the court to be heard) the petition can be withdrawn. Once the case is heard, and the motion for divorce granted, there is no appeal. It's done.
