		<description>You would file divorce papers, and serve them to her as if she was in the states. If she does not sign the papers, you may be able to get a default divorce. If you don&#039;t know where she is you could file a missing spouse divorce. She&#039;ll be given a certain amount of time to respond, if she doesn&#039;t then a default will be granted.</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t know what state your in but in the state of California where I&#039;m @. I didn&#039;t know where my soon to be ex was living. I just had to papers field &amp; severed to his last address. IF he didn&#039;t reply back &amp; when the time came to go to court. He still wasn&#039;t there, then my judge granted my request for a divorce. &amp; it was done!! So check w/ the court to see if you can still do something like that. Ask to see if you can mail it to where she is @ there. But thats if you know her address in Argentina! Good luck!</description>
