Okla. Stat. tit. 43, § 101 (1989). Now, however, Oklahoma has adopted “no-fault” divorce, which articulates the cause as simply “incompatibility.” No-fault divorce allows the parties to obtain a marital dissolution without finding fault on the part of either party. This means that the process of proving fault through infidelity, abuse, abandonment, et cetera is unnecessary, which allows the parties to focus on important issues of child custody, support, and visitation, property distributions, and spousal support. Rather than focusing on the past circumstances which lead to the divorce, the parties can focus on the future.

you can divorce your spouse no matter what…. in some states such as N.Carolina. S.Carolina, etc, there is a one year mandatory sepearation period. meaning you and your soon to be ex have to legally be separated for one year before you can divorce. check with your local state laws to see if you have anything like that before filing.

I do not believe that pregnancy has anything to do with divorce. Although child support would be a topic of conversation.

I think it would be highly frowned upon. If there were reasons such as abuse or infedility perhaps. But it differs from state to state, Oklahoma is kinda back woods so I’ll wager no.
